Here is some advice from MS, you can use top link to change password: https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/12429/microsoft-account-sign-in-cant

if it doesn't work, we can't really help you find password any other way but I can offer this. If there is anything you want to rescue off laptop, try http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/use-ubuntu-live-cd-to-backup-files-from-your-dead-windows-computer/

Since you don't know password, the only real way to get back into win 10 now is a fresh install. download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB

change boot order in the bios so USB is first, hdd second (if you unsure of this step, whaty make/model laptop is it?)
boot from installer...

Try to type the password using On-Screen Keyboard. Click the Ease of Access icon at the lower right, then select "On-Screen Keyboard". After typing the password, you can click the small eye icon inside the password box, check if the password shown is correct.
