my laptop wont boot acer aspire E1-771

when my computer starts up there is a set of letters then it asks for password i dont have it then when i try to enter password 3 times i am asked my password i enter it then it says there are no boot ,how can i fix this issue my laptop came with windows 8 but that has been deleated now im using windows 7 ultimate
