Question My laptop won't boot, but the power turns on.

I can power it on, the fans work, but it won't boot. The keyboard isn't on because caps lock isn't working. I can't boot up the BIOS or in Safe Mode. I've replaced the RAM, but that didn't solve it. I've hard resetted it, but it also didn't work. I'm in Japan and none of the technicians will work with the laptop since it's an American one. What can I do? The laptop is an ASUS gaming laptop product number FX502VM.

Can you try plugging the laptop to an external display? maybe the screen is dead
