Question My laptop won't boot or enter BIOS after extending the C partition, how to fix it?

I tried extending the C partition into the unallocated space using EaseUS Partition Master. After rebooting the laptop, it got stuck at the Dell logo. When I tried pressing F12/F2 to open the BIOS, it showed 'Preparing one-time boot menu Dell' and remained stuck.

Apart from mention of Dell, we can't tell the model for your laptop. You might want to try and remove the storage device physically from your laptop and see if you're able to get into BIOS.

Would help us on how you worked with EaseUS to manipulate with your partition structure.

is it possible to enter laptop's BIOS without any hard disk inside ?
i thought it was not possible
