My laptop wont recognize external hard drive

Hello,
my laptop wont recognize external hard drive
its portable and it shows up in disk management. and there is no problem with it in other laptops.

Please check, is it installing the driver for it.
Usually, all external hard drive carrying there drivers, if not ask your vendor to send the driver for it.
