I turned off the laptop and it's just trying to shut down but it doesnt

My laptop had the same issue once, turned i had 300 viral infections, i recommend downloading malwarebytes antimalware, do a full update and scan also update your antivirus. I hope you are using a decent antivirus, avast is good for a free alternative with success rate of 90%+. Make sure you add malwarebytes to your pc.
