Question My laptop won't stop typing the letter P

My device:
Lenovo YOGA 720-12IKB

My problem:
My laptop continuously types the letter P whenever I open a new tab, notepad, or even the search bar. Additionally, when I try to use the touchpad to type, it immeditaly disappears again.

EDIT: I first noticed this problem this morning when I turned on my laptop. The night before I uninstalled a game, other than that I can't think of anything I might have done.

What I've tried:

• Simple reboot
• Virus scan (McAfee Live safe)
• removed the key (didn't/couldn't see anything that might cause it to stick)
• software update
• update keyboard driver
• uninstall keyboard driver and reboot
• drained the battery by running a program and letting it sit, before plugging it in and rebooting (this works as I'm able to use my external logitech keyboard, but as soon as I try to use the laptop keyboard, the problem starts again.)

I feel like I'm all out of options, please help.

If you enter safe mode with network, does it happens there also or it only happens in a browser?

EDITED: So I launched safe mode --> troubleshoot --> advanced options --> start up options ---> safe mode. After restaring, when it asks me to login I still experience the same issue in the password bar. Same goes for when I select "start up repair"

Your keyboard might need to be replaced.
