Question My laptop won't turn on ?

I have a asus gaming tuf laptop, it wont turn back on. I have tried taking out the battery, draining the static, taking out the cmos battery, and unplugging all the drivers. It is not the power cord as it works with another laptop thats the same, and it is not the battery cause I did the by pass and still nothing. Before it turned off it did make a loud noise and has not been able to come on since.

Asus have a number of laptops in their TUF lineup. Which one do you have? You might need to remove the stick(s) of ram and see if you get any warning beeps or flashing LED's on the keyboard. Also, what you mean by unplugging all the drivers and it is not the battery cause I did the by pass and still nothing ...?

Okay so I have the asus model fx705dy, I did try removing the ram as well. What I meant by it is not the battery is, I unplugged and replugged the battery, also left it out and tried to turn it on that way. I unplugged everything plugged into the motherboard is also what I meant.
