There seems to be some confusion: a driver is a piece of software (=code) that tells the operating system (probably Windows) how to handle a piece of hardware (in this case the Graphics Processor, GPU). Intel HD520 is hardware, it's an Intel GPU (integrated into an Intel CPU). Your laptop may or may not have a separate GPU (that is not inside the Intel CPU: it's called a discrete GPU). If your laptop does not have a discrete GPU, then you cannot change to anything else. But if it does have a discrete GPU by AMD, then you might indeed be able to use that AMD discrete GPU instead of the integrated Intel GPU.
What's the make and model of your laptop? Please provide as many details as possible. And let me know if the above already answers your question. Hope it helps!
if your video card of your laptop is a HD520, you cannot change the video card inside your laptop. therefore you cannot use an AMD driver (need AMD video card before you can use driver), what is the make and model of your laptop
