My laptops internet connection ia not consistent

i am having problems on internet connection.. it keeps on disconnecting... vayo udtator is is suggesting me to update Wireless LAN Driver (Intel) 12.4.3.9 32bit
but updating failed ech time i tried.. what do u suggest me??

I think he means a Sony vaio laptop driver updator.
