My "Last BIOS Time" is 7.5 seconds with a Samsung 970 Evo Plus, how good is it?

If it is not that good, which setting should I change on my motherboard?
MSI Z270 Gaming M3.
MSI Fast Boot is enabled.

"BIOS time" has nothing to do with 970 EVO or not.
That would be the same with an ancient HDD.

That is the motherboard and BIOS doing its thing.
And 7.5 sec is absolutely normal.
