Will there be any problem's with these specs? I'm about to purchase all the parts and now I need to know for sure
CPU - FX8350
MOBO - ASUS M5A99X
RAM - HYPER X FURY 1866 MHZ 16GB (2X8)
GPU - AMD RADEON R9 290X TRI X OC
PSU -
Corsair Builder Series CXM 750W Modular 80 PLUS Bronze Certified
COOLER - CM 212 EVO
2X 120MM CORSAIR RED LED FANS
CASE - COOLERMASTER CM STORM ENFORCER
HDD - 1TD SEAGATE BARRUCUDA
SSD - 120GB SAMSUNG 840 EVO
Everything will run well? How much extra could I OC the CPU?
Do you need to get any extra cables when purchasing all the parts individually? Or should they all come with the parts? This is the last post I make! I Vow to you! Appreciate the help guys, thanks!

Solution
Yes, to get stable current for serious overclocking build, you should go with one like that and EVGA SuperNova G2 750 W is a very good choice. The G2 & P2 series are the best from EVGA.
The PC will not bottleneck.
However, why go with that PSU? The Corsair Builder is a pretty bad choice. Look for a better PSU.
Also, are you bot able to get a GTX 970 or GTX 980 GPU? The 970 gives great performance with less heat and for a great price.

I'm happy with this GPU, and I got that PSU as my budget is right at it's end. Could you recommend a different PSU which will serve better? Plus how much OC can I get on the CPU? Thanks for the response!

The CPU OC depends on the chip you receive, all chips are not identical when pushed beyond its limits.
You may refer these, most of them get 4.5 GHz on 8350 with CM Hyper 212 EVO:

That PSU is NOT RECOMMENDED for overclocking. Get it changed.

What PSU do you think is a better option? should I get the Corsair H60 instead of the 212? thanks.
Or do I keep the 212 and oc just a tad then upgrade the cooler when I have some more cash?

Stay with 212 and give your budget for PSU. (you might have to increase the budget, so give the MAXIMUMMMMM for PSU)

So say I wasn't to OC, could I go for that PSU? and if I did OC I need something like this? http://www.amazon.co.uk/EVGA-SuperNOVA-750W-Power-Supply/dp/B00J01K3E8/ref=sr_1_10?ie=UTF8&qid=1417704086&sr=8-10&keywords=750w+psu

Thanks for the help, much appreciated.
