My LCD monitor display take some time to display

My samsung LCD monitor take some time to display..

When I try to turn it on, it takes around 9-10 mins to finaly wake up. It trys to turn on and then off, after 2 mins trys again ,... and this interval shortens to 1min,30 sec, 10 sec and then wakes up.

But if i press the reset button on the PC, then monitor wont have this problems anymore. It turns on instantly as the computer restarts. I changed the Power Supply but the problem is still there.

If you mean the monitor responds quickly by pressing the reset button on the computer... after the monitor has warmed up, I would say the monitor is failing.

After the entire system is up and running, shut down as normal. After a minute or so, restart the computer and monitor. If the monitor comes on normally at that time, it is probably the monitor that is failing.
