Question My League of Legends constantly crashes whenever I load into the game from champion select, does anyone know why?

This has only happened with league (and Fall Guys once). It started happening out of nowhere. My computer is only about 5 months old and it is custom built.

No malware, CPU and GPU, i can't check because it fore restarts my computer. How do you do a memory test.

Poor quality PSU would be my guess.
