My LEDs aren't turning on

I just finished building my new pc, and nothing is turning on at all. and when I try the front connecter things, the led showing power doesn't turn on. The monitor I have however detects the system, but says it is off. Plz help. It's got a msi ah-68 motherboard, a gtx 960, 1tb sshd, and an Athlon 960k cpu
The psu and case are cooler master 350 with 500 watt psu included

Update: unsure if I did it right but the psu failed the paper clip test, so does that mean I need a new psu through all this info? Thanks

Neither fan on the psu or the case fan spun, so it's the psu, isn't it
Also tried 3 diff outlets that all work with other stuff

I tested another the same way and it worked, so it's dead
