earlier today, my left shift stopped working for about 20 seconds then randomly started working again. now its stopped and its completely broken. i have taken the key off and used an air duster underneath, i've switched usbs, ive restarted my computer, ive updated its drivers, at first i didnt have razer synapse installed but installed it and disabled the key and re-enabled it. literally nothing has worked so far, is the key completely dead or is there something else i can try to fix it with? i have the razor blackwidow elite and its had about 1 year of use

  1. go to settings/update & security/recovery

  5. choose advanced
