my lexard 32G, USB 3.0 blinks but does not show up as a drive

Hi, I just bought a Lexard 32G USB 3.0. When I plug it. It blinks 3 times but then does not show up as a drive on my computer. I was able to get it to show up after I rebooted my computer with the flash drive attached to it. This was only one time occurence. Nothing since. Any Idea how I solve that. It is a pretty new drive.

Sounds like it's defective , did you try another USB port?
