My Lexmark P6350 has a paper jam.

My Lexmark P6350 all in one has a paper jam. I cannot see this. It still scans but when I switch it off it switches back on again and I have to unplug it. Any ideas that I can try please?

Thank you very much for your help in sorting my paper jam. It gave me courage to "disembowel" my printer and it now works (after a fashion; it grinds and I'm sure it won't last for long) But it has given me time to look around and decide the best buy for a new one.
