My liquid cooler is not working properly

basically my cpu is a ryzen 1700 and i have a captain 120ex liquid cooler and i have put the cpu to its boost clock of 3.7ghz and i get temps like 80to90 the radiator fans are spinning and the pump is in a system fan slot what can i do

Do you have it installed correctly and is the pump working? You should feel water flow in the lines. Also did you apply thermal paste before you put the cooler on the CPU?
