My logitech g633 headset isn't recognized by it's software.

I have plugged in my Logitech G633 Gaming headset onto the front panel usb port. The headset lights up but is not recognized by the computer. This is the first time I've plugged it into to my computer.

I HAVE ANOTHER PORBLEM!
It is now recognized but doesn't play sound. Ive set it to the default device but no audio!
