Question my m.2 drive shows 1mb in windows 10 setup, diskpart,etc. After crash.

As explained my 500Gb m. 2 shows 1mb in diskpart, windows 10 setup and while still recognised in Boot select screen i can't acces anything other than the 1mb partition.

this disk in question more than likely needs repair through software or even possibly just replacement.

Have you tried to create an additional partition using the Disk management tool under Computer Management? If you need Partition management tools, there is a great free one you can get here.

Please show us a screencap of your Disk Management window.

Please list ALL the parts associated. Make/model, etc.

It sounds like your drive's firmware has "panicked", usually due to bad NAND. When this happens, the drive identifies itself with a factory alias.
