[SOLVED] my M.2 SATA SSD not showing up in bios or in disk management

I have an Asrock B450M Steel Legend MoBo and when I first fired it up and looked in the bios, my entire storage configuration page was blank except for my HDD. I have a theory that my SSD (Team Ms30 SSD SATA III) wasn't supported. I just want to confirm, do I need a new SSD or am I doing something wrong? I've asked my friends and they say it's installed correctly. Cheers

It has 2x M.2 ports. Only M2_2 is SATA capable.
