Question my m.2 will show up in everything apart from windows disk manager

It shows up in my:
bios
device manager
if I type disk list on windows PowerShell
shows up as unformatted on storage spaces
the western digital dashboard

basically everywhere apart from the place I need it to be in

Can you post screenshots? If it's showing up everywhere else but not in Disk Management, that is very strange.
