Solution SkyNetRising May 16, 2018 Version of windows? Model name of SSD? M2_1 slot supports PCIE M.2 only. For SATA M.2 you have to use M2_2 slot.

Yes, you were right. changed ports and it worked. Thank you Windows 10, a 500gb wd blue m2 ssd. Nowhere in the manual says that a m2 sata wont work on m2_1.. Thanks for this info, gonna swap it now I guess. Upvote 0 Downvote
