My machine is missing boot manager

I turn on computer it flashes boot manager not there and it says it alternate control delete to restart

Grab a windows recovery disk or flash drive or your original installation disk and windows will be able to repair it.

Also a sign that the HDD might need to be replaced. If you are able to restore your windows install make sure to immediately back up any important data or completely clone the drive.
