My MB shows CPU red light after shutdown and causes problems

Hello, so two day ago I bought one case fan, thermal paste and canned air. My PC was working great before, I applied new paste, connected new fan and sprayed my case with canned air (it liquified at some moments). After this my MB started behaving weird, status leds were on. PC didnt boot, but after unpluging it and pluging in it did BUT with bios reset to factory one and ram speed at 2133 instead of 3200. Now when I change it back it resets to 2133 again, and after shutdown my CPU status Led is on. My bios version stays the same after I updated it but RAM doesnt keep speed, Cpu led is on and other than that, pc works plays games etc. WHAT DO I DO? If I disconnect one RAM stick it sometimes shows DRAM status led instead of CPU depending on which stick I think. Did I kill it?

And sometimes like now for example when i took out one RAM stick it shows CPU red light, fan spin and all but no boot into windows, and if I replug it, It will probably boot.

G.Skill Ripjaws V 3200Mhz CL16

Dou you have RAMs in right slots ? I think they should be in A2 and B2.

make sure the cooler not on to tight. on intel mb if the cooler on to tight ram errors can happen whe nthe cpu lid shorts out the cpu.

It's Ryzen system, pins are on CPU and socket is solid.
