[SOLVED] My memory usage is at 44% even after fresh installation of windows 10 pro x64

I just now made a fresh installation of windows 10 as my friends keep complaining that my dicord keeps crashing mid game. When i checked my memory usafe before fresh installation my memory usage was about 34% at idle. After i made a fresh installation of windows 10 my memory usage is at 44% at idle ..
i even forced close chrome which i installed after windows installation my memory usage is still at 43%.
my laptop is Dell Precision 5520
specs:
Intel i5-7300HQ CPU @ 2.50GHz
Ram 8.00 Gb
Graphics Card: Nvidia Quadro m1200 4gb
window10 pro x64

40% of 8GB isn't unreasonable for windows 10. That is less than 4GB used. How much shows up as "hardware reserved" ? It is quite possible that the integrated GPU is using RAM even though you have a discrete graphics card.
