So I was just minding my own buisness, then suddenly my whole laptop froze. I did a hard reset and turned it on again. For a few seconds it froze once again. Another hard reset this time I open Task Manager. I saw that my Memory being used is going up at 100% then freezing my laptop. I couldn't move my mouse. Then I looked at what was taking up my memory. It's called "Power Settings Command-Line" can anybody tell me what that is? Btw, This laptop has lots of free space.

It has 8 GB ram
And a Core i7 M 640
