My memory usage is too high

Alright so my pc keep crashing when i play games and it's been happening for a while now and i think it's because i run out of memory, i tested with fortnite and overwatch mostly, i opened task manager and oone of the games at the same time and my memory usage went all the way to 90% it even got to 99% sometimes..

Specs:
Gpu : Gtx 750Ti
Cpu : AMD A8 7650k Radeon R7 4C
Ram: 8gb

I closed everything in background, only things running were discord and fortnite/overwatch

http://prntscr.com/j4re10 i had chrome opened at the time, but it reached 99% memory usage when they were closed too, on overwatch, and other like 10 processes are my nvidia stuff and graphics tablet drivers that consume only like 40mb in total

Turns out I was running out of memory because out of my 8 gigs of ram only 3.92 are usable for some damn reason, any fix for that?
