Question My mg3620 printer is printing streaks and unaligned and nothing works

Lately, I've been having issues with my printer. It's been printing everything askew. I've tried literally everything that normal maintenance requires multiple times, including all the different cleaning options and aligning. Nothing has worked. I've yet to try new ink cartridges because I don't currently have any new ones and wouldn't want to waste any ink if I don't have to. Is there anything I can do or do I just buy a new printer? Looks like it's actually feeding the paper sideways though the path.

New one of those looks a new one is $40 https://www.amazon.com/Canon-MG3620...ocphy=9001834&hvtargid=pla-357171836590&psc=1 which is worth getting easily to fix an issue if yours is out of warranty.

I've had this one since 2017 so I think it is out of warranty. So I should just a new one?

Considering that model is $40 including shipping, sure if you can't sort out why it's feeding sideways.

anytime that you get white, horizontal lines in the print is a very clear indication that some of the nozzles are clogged. This can be resolved simply by replacing the cartridge as these models have the actual printhead built into the cartridge. If it still has heaps of ink in it just remove the cartridge and sit it in a few ml of Windex for at least an hour. This will clear any dried ink that is blocking the very fine nozzles which spit the ink out. When re-installed the print quality should be perfect again.
