My mic stopped working

So i had to wipe my laptop (reasons) and today once it finished reseting i opened it up and my mic stopped working completely skype,teamspeak,steam and raidcall
skype = problem with recording device
teamspeak = mic is disbaled (every where i go)
steam = just doesnt work
raidcall= mic is disabled (every where i go)
Edit : Not sure if this changes anything although nothing shows up in my recording devices

Hello,

You may need to download the audio drivers of your laptop from the official manufacturer of your laptop. Depending on your system and type, there should be an available driver or you may try to perform a windows update and check if Windows can install the driver for you.
