Question My microphone is not working.

So i already did everything I can, to make my microphone. Well, my built in microphone does work but it sucks. So, when i open recording device, i can't see anything except my build in microphone. I already tried to show disabled and disconnected, but still there is nothing except my build in microphone.

bm800. By using the headphone jack

there is only 1 jack. when i use a splitter, it still does the same. btw my laptop is Acer Aspire V5-471G (its an 8 years old laptop aw )

try reinstalling the latest audio drivers for your laptop:

maybe the splitter is faulty

use a different splitter or an USB sound card

when i use a normal earphone, the laptop doesn't even recognize the microphone in the earphone either..
