Question My microphone is only giving out sounds through other's left ears

For some odd reason, my headset microphone has started transmitting my voice through the receivers left headphone. To give some more information, my discord is completely fine and working properly, meaning that whoever I talk to can hear me through both their headphones. However, when I used a program like Streamlabs OBS or Shadowplay recording, my voice can only be heard through the left headphone when playing back or in streaming. I have tried unplugging and plugging in the cables into the jacks, and am also looking for the best options for Windows 7 microphone properties settings.

Check the Mic/Audio or Desktop Audio settings in OBS (Windows capture and/or Game capture) under Advanced Audio Properties and see if the option to 'downmix to mono' is selected with a tick or the slider is not on center and on left in panning.

Thank you for taking the time to reply, but I'm not quite sure about this because I am currently using Streamlabs OBS and cannot find any option that says downmix to mono. However, I did find these options.
