[SOLVED] My microphone is picking up my desktop audio. How can i fix this?

My Razer Kraken X Lite keeps picking up desktop audio and everything I've tried so far did not work, including:
Playing around with the "Recordings" settings in windows, making sure the 2 options in "Exclusive Mode" are checked, updating the drivers, disabling "Stereo Mix". The headset is connected through a splitter.

Try another known working headset on your computer.

Try the Razer headset on another known working computer.

Determine if the problem stays with your computer or follows the Razer headset.

What is the audio connection path? What is the purpose of splitter (make and model)?

Does the problem continue if the splitter is removed from connections path?

Likewise test the splitter between headsets and computers.
