Question my microphone picks up outputs

so im in a call with my friend and he can hear anything my computer does, ive tried tons of stuff and nothing works, ive disabled stereo mix in device manager and nothing works, ive been trying to fix this for a hour

Can you please include the make and model of your headset/mic? If you're working with the onboard audio solution bundled on your motherboard/laptop, please mention the make and model of said motherboard(or laptop). If a laptop, you can include an SKU to narrow down what you're working with. I'd also check and see what your current BIOS version is.
