What do you guys think. Good value for money? Ideas for different better parts. Compatibility?

The GPU will hold you back a bit in terms of gaming performance as that cPU can handle WAY higher end GPU setups. Get an h97 motherboard as you cannot overclock that CPU.

That RAM is slow (CL10) and singe channel. Get a 2x4gb kit of 1600mhx CL9.

PSU isn't great quality, but it will do.
