Question My minecraft is running with low FPS

Wassup guys, i have a problem. 1 week ago i changed my gpu, changed my GTX 1050TI for a Rx580, but in minecraft it is running with 40% of GPU Processor and 300 Mhz of coreclock. I know that minecraft run in OGL but im playing 40~50 FPS.
I know that my processor is old (AMD FX 8320E) but with my GTX1050TI was playing 120 FPS. English isn't my first language, so sorry for any gramatical mistakes

I was having the same issue on my surface book 2! My GPU Usage was 100% when I set my FPS to unlimited also my CPU Clocks would also drop to 0.40 GHz but I was able to fix my CPU Issue quite easily but not the GPU Usage Issue. But if possible try to send a screenshot of the f3 screen in game.

Did you use DDU to remove the old drivers before installing new card?

Also, what PSU do you have?

Yes dude i used DDu for uninstall my old driver, i have a corsair vs500 but i tried in psu of my friend that is 600w.
