My Mobo light won't turn on

Alright so I recently built my own computer, here are the specs
Motherboard- Asus P8Z77
Prossecor- Intel i7 3.5 ghz
RAM- 2x4 Crosair blue ram
Storage- 2TB Samsung
PSU- Crosair 600CX
Video Card- Gtx 650 ti
Case- Cooler Master Half Tower 912

Now recently I was trying to fit in my graphics card, my computer was working fine while this was happening. Now I sadly had lost some nails and my Mobo was sticking higher then It should be. So long story short my 650 would not fit in all the way. I then had to unplug everything and lift out my Mobo, put in my 650, then put my Mobo back in. Once I did this I tried to boot it up, and it did not turn on, I have tried multiple cords, and I don't know how to test my psu. Please help.

Try resetting the CMOS so you can reset the BIOS information. While reinstalling the graphics card, some old settings you had in BIOS must've scrambled, awkward enough, even if you never did any overclocking or so.

Well I have no idea how to do that. It won't turn on at all, I just checked my psu, can you tell me how to do that?
