Hello everyone!

My mobo: MSI b450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC
My cpu cooler: Deepcool Captain 240EX White AIO Liquid CPU cooler (comes with a PMW fan hub)

The cpu cooler requires one wire to the cpu_fan1 and with the use of the PMW fan hub (2 more wires from the 2 fans included), to be connected to another cpu_fan.
My mobo only comes with one cpu_fan and the rest are pump_fans and sys_fans.
My idea was to connect all of the wires to the PMW fan hub and to just connect that into cpu_fan.
My other idea was to connect the wire from the cooling block to the cpu_fan, and the pmw fan hub (with 2 wires from the 2 fans) into a sys_fan. I'd appreciate the help! Thanks in advanced :)

System fan sockets and chassis fan sockets are typically for case fans. The fact that your MoBo has dedicated pump fan sockets means they are probably intended for water coolers. The main fan goes into the CPU fan socket. It should he noted that there is probably no difference between these sockets but location.

So it’s probably best to connect that pmw hub to one of the pump_fans? Thanks!
