I have an ASrock b450m steel legend mobo and 16x2 of Kingstone 3200mhz of ram but today I realized in the task manager that my pc uses 2400mhz so I went into the bios and changed it to 3200mhz in oc section which was set to 2400mhz as auto . Will my pc now malfunction cause of this or anything ????

How do I test overclock stability and why would my bios set my ram MHz to 2400mhz by default ?
And how do I check ram ram speed in CPU-Z ?

How do I test overclock stability
Boot into windows,
test, if it is stable,
run some memory benchmarks,
boot with memtest86 and test your ram,
and why would my bios set my ram MHz to 2400mhz by default ?
Probably because that's default ram frequency, your cpu can use without ram overclocking.
What model cpu are you using?
And how do I check ram ram speed in CPU-Z ?
Look in CPU-Z - memory and spd tabs.
All the info is there.

Ryzen 7 5700G should be able to use 3200mhz ram without overclocking.

Your ram probably doesn't have spd entries for 3200mhz mode.
And that's why 3200mhz mode requires use of A-XMP/DOCP.

Can you show screenshot sfrom CPU-Z - memory and spd sections?

I cant buy a new pare of ram's now
Will overclocking do anything to my pc It's not like I do much thing with it I am only overclocking the ram right and beside I only have 5700G an APU I only play games like nfs and forza 4 battlefield 5 CSGOI am not doing vid editing with it and my fps became real good after changing it to 3200mhz

so the reason my mobo bios took them as 2400mhz is cause they are not it pair right
No. Your ram modules have highest SPD entry for 2400mhz.
They do not have spd entry for 3200mhz mode.
But they have 3200mhz mode as xmp profile.
Therefore use of 3200mhz mode requires overclocking (or activating A-XMP/DOCP).

Did you buy them as separate modules or as a dual channel kit (sold together in single package) ?
