Question My mobo white led stays on no other lights and no display

So I have this pc for 2 months now and this problem came about 2 days ago after updating windows 2 days ago my pc wouldn’t show any display when I booted it up the next time I voted it up it was fine
The next day I boot it up for the first time nothing I tried rebooting over 30 times then took out the cmos changed ram slots did everything gpu still wouldn’t work after trying a few more times it started up then I didn’t turn it off for a few hours I was doing work and shut it down straight away I turned it on and the problem occurred again can someone please try help
asus tuf b550 mobo
Ryzen 9 3900x
Rtx 2060 msi
16GB ram 3200mhz
Psu evga br 700w

When you shut your computer down it may be going into Sleep Mode or Hibernate Mode instead of completely shutting down. Check your Power Options in Device Manager, some settings may have been changed when Windows updated.

I don’t have nothing on my display so I can’t access windows or anything

The VGA light on my motherboard is solid white and is not switching which I think means it can’t detect display

When you clear the CMOS is the computer unplugged?
Have you tried booting with no drives connected to see if you can get into the BIOS?

I’ll try that and let you know so by drives my ssd and stuff right ?

I took all M.2 and sad now there’s 2light solid white and solid green

So the Q-LED's are pointing to your video card again. Have you tried booting with your video card in the 2nd x16 slot to see if that makes any difference?

Yep I have I tried the second slot as well same issue

Did you say if the fans are spinning on your video card?
Try booting again with 1 stick of RAM in slot DIMM_A2. Make sure the stick is pushed all the way down in the slot, at both ends.

Iv tried same problem

Also the fans on the gpu do spin
