[SOLVED] My moniter keeps saying No Signal

[No Signal]

I am using my familys old samsung TV. It usually takes a half an hour before I finally can access my lock screen. This entire time I am clicking buttons and turning everthing on and off. I made sure the HDMI cable is connected correctly. The PC turns on but the moniter says no signal. should I get a new HDMI cable or what??? PLz suggest some options

I also tried it on my family's new 4K Samsung TV but it didn't work either.
At the moment I don't have enough money for a monitor
Any suggestions?

I don't have any other HDMI cables in my house. I'm currently broke so I won't be able to buy another one
This has been going on ever since I built my PC which is about a month ago

I think that your problem is more a Computer problem and not a monitor problem.

How do I do that?

Go to the motherboard manufactures website and download the file onto a USB drive. Then go into the bios and push something along the lines of "update."

What software are you running?

Download CPUID HWMonitor and check your CPU and GPU temperatures.
