my monitor display getting lines in background and how to solve that one???

my monitor z AOC T2242WE and i m getting lines display backside and i changed every thing like video settings and my cpu config z
intel Core i3 540 @ 3.07GHz
4.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 665MHz (9-9-9-24)
Intel Corporation DH55PJ (XU1)
465GB Seagate ST3500418AS ATA Device (SATA)
HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GH22NS50 ATA Device and Zotac gtx 650 ti 2gb 128bit synergy edition plz ans me.......

Try another monitor.

The 650ti should be able to drive it. What port on the 650ti and what port on the monitor you using?

i m using vga ports for both monitor and graphic card.....

Check your cable is OK. Try a different monitor and see if you still get the lines.

actually i checked my cables and the cable is bit old and also if i use hdmi cable the problem will solve?????
