Your thread title and thread body are devoid of necessary information. You're advised to list your specs to your build in detail, like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

You might want to also state the age of the PSU if it's been sued a while. Make and model of your monitor? You might want to use a donor display to rule out your existing panel being faulty/failing/dead. You should be able to plug the PC t a TV if they've both got the necessary inputs/outputs.

You can try those steps if they work-
  • Eliminate the monitor cable and supplant it with another one. Regardless of whether you're utilizing HDMI, parts, DVI, or another cable configuration, defective cables can cause bunch of monitor issues. On the off chance that the monitor works with another cable, you've tracked down the issue.
  • Actually, look at your monitor connections. It's conceivable you crossed your cables someplace or unintentionally stopped the monitor cable in topsy turvy. Mistaken cable connections can cause a variety of monitor troubles.
  • Test your PC with another monitor and new cables. Assuming you're actually encountering issues, the issue could be with your video card or your device drivers. This will need proficient support given that you can't make changes without reviewing what you are doing.
  • Shut down your PC, separate your monitor, and afterward associate an alternate monitor with similar cables. Assuming that the new monitor works when you start the PC, it's conceivable the old monitor has failed.
If those steps do not work for your PC then-

  • Check the Graphics Card hardware manually
  • Update or Reinstall Graphics Card driver
  • Run the Hardware Troubleshooter.
