Question My monitor glitched or messed up

I just happen today.. I have no idea what happen or what cause it I had unplug and plug it again the hdmi cable...

My monitor: Acer VG240Y
Cpu: Ryzen 5 2600
Gpu: Gtx 1070

I tested it but it still didn't work. i use other monitor and my gpu don't have any problem

the other monitor work just fine and my gpu don’t have any problem
