My monitor goes into power saving mode when i start to play

Yesterday, suddendly, while i was playing, the screen goes black, followed by a unplugged usb sound.
I've reistalled windows 10, but the problem still remain.

When the PC is freeze, i've to shutdown it because if a press "restart" button nothing happens.

On windows i can do a normal use of the pc, but if want to launch a game, this issue keep remain

I think it's the GPU(and i've ordered a new one)...but someone else have some suggestion? I have some doubts about the power supply.
