my monitor has green tint help me.

I bought a Samsung led monitor yesterday. The display has green tint and I checked the VGA cable and it is tightly plugged. is the monitor or the mobo the problem?
I have installed latest drivers I only use Igpu.

My specs are
I3 4170
Msi h81m p33
4gb ram
Intel HD 4400
Windows 10 64 bit

Or is the os the problem?

You most likely bought a faulty monitor or the color settings are not right. Try resetting your monitor's color settings to default. If that doesn't work, return the monitor and get a refund.
