[SOLVED] My monitor is 144hz and if i play game my fps is capped to 30 ?

I have a laptop with i7 7th gen, GTX 1050ti (1080p) and I bought a 2k monitor(144 hertz) after I connected laptop with that monitor with HDMI I am getting 60 fps in 2k, 120fps in 1080p. Whereas if I open a game(Valorant, Apex Legends) my fps decreases to 30 fps, Please help me I don't know what's going on. Help me fix this!!
