my monitor is black screen when i start dl my gpu driver dont know what to do

Hi its my first time building a gaming computer and i dont know what to download first in my pc so i download first my gpu driver and when its done downloading it went black screen what should i do please help me i dont know what to do im using my dvi in my gpu to monitor dvi

btw your pcpartpicker url is incomplete.
are your display cables connected to your GPU only? have you tried just swtiching it to the motherboard for the meantime while you try to install the GPU drivers?

I tried it too no signal in all is it bad to install gpu driver first before motherboard driver
