Try reinstalling windows, maybe you've got some virus or bug that messes with your GPU. But before that check what exactly consumes your GPU resources so much using task manager. If nothing shows up then clean drivers using DDU and reinstall them again or just reinstall windows as I said above.

I reinstalled the drivers but that didnt worked, and i forgot to mention that in my task manager nothing seems to be using my GPU, i mean that in MSI afterburner, my GPU is high used, but in task manager its used by 3-4% maximum 12%

How can i upload any phots? Cause i dont really know how to show exactly what i mean

Don't worry, I get what u mean. Maybe undervolting and increasing the fan speeds of your GPU might fix something. Don't forget to close MSI Afterburner when doing that, or at least make sure there are not any settings applied on there already.
I can't open AMD radeon software, cause right after i do that, the dots appear, my monitor is turning off and the app crash, so anything i can change about voltage, GPU fans is from MSI Afterburner.

Read this thread; Screen artefacts look almost identical:

In the thread they recommend undervolting the GPU, or, alternatively, uninstalling MSI afterburner.
Thanks for your help, all i understood was the fact that i have to undervolt the GPU from MSI afterburner, but i cant because i am not allowed, i dont know, i can change anything in that app, but not the voltage of the GPU, how unlucky can i be bro 😵

No no, use the AMD software instead. MSI Afterburner could cause crashes down the line. Also increase the fan speed, using the AMD Software of course.

I can't open that app, my because my GPU is doing that <Mod Edit> again and again and olny app i can use for these type of things is MSI, but don't worry, i have a refund request because i went with my GPU to someone who knows exactly what can be so he told me that my vrams are the problem.. Thank you all for support, now I only hope my refund request will be accepted and get my money back. HAVE A NICE DAY ALL!!
